Italian-style Barbecue Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs ground meat
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
3 tbsp milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1 cup diced onions
1/4 cup minced parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Traina California Sun Dried Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup Traina California Sun Dried Tomato Kechup
1/4 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350
Pour milk into breadcrumbs to moisten, then blend together all ingredients.
Form the mixture into a loaf and place onto a loaf pan.
Blend brown sugar into Traina California Sun Dried Tomato Ketchup. Spread 1/3 of the topping on the mealoaf.
Bake for approximately 1 hour, basting every 20 minutes with remaining Sun Dried Tomato Ketchup sauce.
Let rest approximately 10 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
