Chicken Breast (2 split)
Prepare chicken breast according to your favorite stovetop preparation or use already prepared chicken breasts.
Sun Dried Cherry Sauce
2 tbsp minced shallots
1/2 cup Traina California Sun Dried Bing Cherries, pitted 
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry red wine (like Sicilia Rossa)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1.2 tsp sugar
1 sprig fresh sage or rosemary (alternately use 1/4 tsp dried herb)
2 tsp cold butter
In a saucepan, heat chicken broth, wine, herbs, sugar and balsamic vinegar. Add Traina California Sun Dried Bing Cherries to the liquid and remove from heat.
In a sauté pan (if you've just cooked the breasts, remove the chicken breasts and use the same pan), add 2 tblsp of olive oil. When oil is heated, sauté shallots until golden brown. Add shallots to the saucepan with the wine.
Over medium heat, reduce sauce by half. Add cold butter, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over warm chicken breasts. Serve.
