Information We Collect

There are two main types of information we collect: information that personally identifies you and information that is about you but does not individually identify you such as, which web browser is used to access our website, how many people have accessed the website and which pages they are accessing.

Information You Provide to Us

With regard to information that personally identifies you, we may collect information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, user names, passwords, payment information (e.g. credit card number and billing address) and information about your company. We collect this information when you provide it to us such as:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website. This includes information provided at the time of placing an order or registering for an account with us or for our email list. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us or when you report a problem with our website.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
  • Your responses to surveys.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our website and the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information when placing an order through our website.

You may also provide information to be published or displayed (“posted”) on public areas of the website (for example, product reviews) or on our social media sites. Your contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk as we cannot control the actions of other users of the website or our social media sites.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection

As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, software and browsing actions including:

  • Details regarding the general geographic location of users of our website.
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, operating system, and browser type.

The information we collect automatically is statistical only and does not include personal information. It allows us to estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children under the age of 13. When necessary we may share customer information with our affiliated companies in order for them to complete a transaction and/or mail you the product you ordered. We often contract with third parties to provide specific services to carry out our business obligations. These services may include activities such as credit card processing, or shipping.
